Provision of information by the Curaçao Land Registry Office and Public Registers

 

1. A fee of NAG 20.—must be paid for the allowing of inspection of:
a. every folio in a day register;
b. every entry in the B register;
c. every transfer into the registers C and D;
d. every card of the index;
e. every map of the general register of registered ships;
f. every map of the general register of registered aircraft;
g. every article of the ledger of the cadastral map;
h. every map of the general name index;
i. every other document not mentioned hereinabove;


2. If the information referred to:

a. is provided in writing, a fee of NAG 25.—must be paid;
b. is provided by telephone, a fee of NAG 40.—must bepaid (Only possible for customers who have paid in advance or are paying on account);
c. is provided by fax, a fee of NAG 50.—must be paid (Only possible for customers who have paid in advance or are paying on account).

3. A fee of NAG 30.—must be paid for the issue of an extract form the cadastral map.

4. Inspections made simultaneously when applying for a certificate are granted free of charge.

5. For inspection of a cadastral map for half an hour or part thereof, a fee of NAG 200.—must be paid.
For every inspection continued during a period of half an hour or part thereof, a fee of NAG 20.—is payable, in case the inspection is continued without the assistance of an I & B employee. This hourly rate will be doubled in case continued assistance of an I & B employee is desired

6. For the provision of a reproduction of a cadastral map or part thereof, a fee of NAG 75.—is payable for copyrights, augmented by NAG 5.—for each pictured lot, increased by the reproduction costs periodically determined by the Land Registry Office, inclusive of costs of materials.

7. For the provision of reproductions of 100 or more analog cadastral maps of the island, a fee of NAG 50.—per sheet is payable for a non-recurrent or first provision to subscribers, augmented by NAG 5.—for every pictured plot, increased by the reproduction costs periodically determined by the director of the Land Registry Office, inclusive of the costs of materials.

8. A fee of NAG 35.—per sheet is payable for a subscription to changes effected in the maps referred to, within a period of not less than one month, increased by the reproduction costs periodically determined by the director of the Land Registry Office, inclusive of the costs of materials.

9. A fee of NAG 125.—augmented by NAG 5.—per plot, is payable for the providing of digital data of a cadastral map or part thereof.

10. A fee of NAG 100.—per sheet is payable for the providing of digital data from the computerized base of maps covering 100 or more lots of the island, in case of a non-recurrent or first provision to subscribers, increased by NAG 5.—per lot.

11. A fee of NAG 75.— per sheet is payable for a subscription to the changes in the data referred to in paragraph 5, which occurred in a period of not less than one month;

12. The following fees are payable for the provision of a reproduction made at the office:

a. NAG 25.—for a section of a cadastral map on A-4 size paper;

b. NAG 30.—for a section of a cadastral map on A-3 size paper;

c. NAG 45.—for an ancillary map or official report;

d. NAG 45.—for a copy or photocopy of a regular measurement certificate;

e. NAG 45.—for an extract from a plan of a regular cadastral lot;

f. NAG 150.—for a cadastral sketch, increased by NAG 45.—per lot;

g. NAG 35.—for the coordinates of a point;

h. NAG 25.—for the block measurements of a lot, increased by NAG 20,-- per lot.

13. For the first provision of a copy or photocopy of a measurement certificate drawn up on the basis of an estimated assessment, the measurement costs at the time of the measurements will be charged.

14. For the first provision of an extract form a plan of a cadastral lot drawn up on the basis of an estimated assessment, the costs incurred at the time of measurement will be charged.

15. The hourly rates are, by analogy, applicable to the performance of extra work related to the provision referred to in the first up to and including the tenth provisions.

 

16. In case it is not possible at the office to issue reproductions or extracts of cadastral maps prepared by means of computerization, and documents based thereon, there is no alternative but to issue documents prepared in another manner.

17. If the Director of the Land Registry Office is of the opinion that the handling of an application for the issue of reproductions or extracts of maps that can be prepared in another manner, could jeopardize the regular operations of the department, and if he thinks that replacement of computerized preparation of such reproductions is possible, he will be entitled to carry out the order by means of a computerized method.
